Tottenham will be looking to continue their fantastic start to the Premier League season and return to the top of the Premier League when they host Fulham on Monday.

Micky van de Ven scored the only goal of the game as Spurs beat Luton Town 1-0 in their last outing, meaning Spurs entered the international break at the top of the Premier League. After a week away, Ange Postecoglou's side return to action against fellow Londoners Fulham.

The two sides have already met once this season, with the Cottagers beating Spurs on penalties to knock the Lilywhites out of the Carabao Cup in just the second round. So, could Spurs regain their spot at the top of the Premier League? Let's take a look.

Tottenham dominated the opening stages, and Richarlison was unlucky not to have put Spurs ahead after having two goals ruled out for offside in the first 25 minutes. But, it was third time lucky for the Brazilian who finally got his goal just before the break.

Spurs saw less of the ball in front of goal in the second half, but they managed to confirm the three points with 15 minutes to go as Richarlison netted a second.

Son whipped a corner towards the penalty spot, and Richarlison leaped highest, heading an effort at goal. His header was straight at Leno, but the 'keeper made a mess of his save, parrying the shot into his own net. Spurs were able to hold out for the win in north London in what ended up being a routine victory.
