It was another action-packed weekend in the Football League as the Championship returned after the international break.
There was a thrilling London derby at Griffin Park as Brentford came from behind to beat Millwall, while Queens Park Rangers and Charlton Athletic continued their impressive starts to the season with victory against Hull City and Derby County respectively.
But Fulham suffered defeat on the road at Stoke City, with Scott Parker's side losing out 2-0 against the Potters.
Below, Jake Sanders looks back at the main talking points from the weekend's action involving the London clubs in the Football League.
The final Brentford-Millwall episode at Griffin Park will live long in the memory
Even by Millwall's standards, who have now dropped 32 points from winning positions and conceded 20 goals in the final ten minutes of matches since the opening day of last season, this was a pretty extraordinary turn of events.
Not even during Neil Harris' four-and-a-half year tenure did the Lions manage to lose a league game in which they were 2-0 to the good. You have to go all the way back to a 5-2 defeat at AFC Bournemouth in October 2013 for the last time that happened.
It looked for long periods like Millwall would continue their perfect record under caretaker boss Adam Barrett - who looks to have missed out on the job - and in doing so, earn their first Championship victory on the road since March, but the day belonged to Brentford , who have 17 league matches remaining at Griffin Park, but will have to go along way to top their comeback on Saturday.
Ebere Eze at it again
It's becoming extremely difficult to talk about Queens Park Rangers without mentioning star man Ebere Eze. And if 21-year-old continues to perform at such a high level, it's going to be even more difficult for the west London outfit to keep hold of their most-prized asset.
Champions League finalists Tottenham are just one of a number of top flight clubs that are monitoring the midfielder, and when you see him producing performances as he did in QPR's victory against Hull City on Saturday, it's not hard to see why.
Eze created the most chances, completed the most dribbles and was fouled more times than any other player against the Tigers (4). Two of those resulted in Eze winning penalties. Both were all of his own work. And both were dispatched with a great deal of conviction. Even the arrogance of his run-up speaks volumes about his current levels of confidence.
Lee Bowyer passes another major test with flying colours
Charlton's current league position and set of recent results have been so impressive as such, that you almost forget that Lee Bowyer's men are actually a newly-promoted side.
It's also testament to the likes of Jonathan Leko and Macauley Bonne that Lyle Taylor, who is the club's top goalscorer, has barely been missed during his five-week absence.
Taylor might be ahead of his schedule in his rehabilitation from an ankle ligament injury, but if Charlton continue producing results and performances like they did as Derby County, they'll be no need to rush Taylor back into the frame.
But performing as The Valley was never likely to be a problem for Bowyer's men, who will undoubtedly face tougher tests in the coming days when they travel to promotion-chasing Bristol City before a visit to the leaders West Brom three days later.
Wally waves goodbye to Wimbledon
It won't come as much of a surprise that Wally Downes' time as AFC Wimbledon manager has now come to an end.
The 58-year-old was suspended by the club in September after being charged by the FA with placing a series of bets on games.
Last week, he was suspended from all football-related activity for four weeks after admitting breaching FA rules around betting, and just two days later, the Dons said in a statement that they had parted company with the man who guided them to safety last season "on mutually agreed terms."
Assistant boss Glyn Hodges is the favourite to replace Downes at the helm after collecting nine points from a possible 12 while in caretaker charge of Wimbledon.
Fletcher off to a flyer as Leyton Orient continue purple patch
Carl Fletcher will take training as Leyton Orient boss for the first time this morning and will pick up a squad that are flowing with confidence right now.
When Ross Embleton stepped down from his position as interim head coach to move back to assistant manager last month, the O's were on a six-match winless streak in League Two and were flirting dangerously with the relegation-zone.
But since that decision, Orient's fortunes have changed - they've won three league games consecutively and are suddenly just two points adrift of the play-offs.
Fletcher will be hoping to continue the feel-good-factor in east London in what is his first managerial job since he was sacked by Plymouth Argyle in 2013 after less than ten months in charge.
