Good morning and welcome to live coverage of Brentford's Premier League clash against Everton at Goodison Park.

The Bees head up to Merseyside for their final away game of their season in positive spirits, having beaten Southampton 3-0 last weekend. A win for Brentford, coupled with results going in their favour, could potentially see them in the top half by this evening.

However, Everton are in desperate need of points with Frank Lampard's side still quite not out of relegation danger having drawn against Watford on Wednesday night. They could even be in the relegation zone by the time the game kicks off depending on how Burnley and Leeds fare against Tottenham and Brighton respectively.

It is a must win game for the Toffees especially with their rivals playing beforehand, but Thomas Frank will be hoping his side can have a say in a relegation battle that is set to carry over to the final day.

Brentford reporter Uzzi Majid will be covering the game from Goodison Park with updates before and during kick-off.

HT: Everton 2-1 Brentford

There's work to do at the break as Brentford trail 2-1 at Goodison Park, despite having the extra man.

Jarrad Branthwaite was sent off for denying Ivan Toney a clear goalscoring opportunity.

A brace from Richarlison keeps Everton in firm control, although the Bees initially equalised through Yoane Wissa.

However, it has been a half to forget for Mads Bech, who has made errors for both goals. The Dane gave away the penalty to give Everton the lead.
