England face six fixtures between now and the end of 2023, with Gareth Southgate’s side hoping to seal qualification for Euro 2024.

The Three Lions have won their first four matches of qualification, scoring 15 goals and conceding just one so far. This has allowed them to set their sights towards next summer’s tournament in Germany, with qualification now expected having already beaten Italy away in Naples.

The Azzurri, under the management of former Napoli boss Luciano Spalletti, are expected to be England’s toughest remaining test, with their October fixture key to Italy’s qualification hopes. The upcoming September international break will see a trip to Wroclaw in Poland to face Ukraine, with the Three Lions currently six points clear atop Group C.

There are also friendlies, with Scotland the opponents during September’s matches in a 150th anniversary match, marking the first ever international football fixture at Hampden Park in 1873. There will also be a friendly against Australia, with a match at Wembley in October, Australia reached the last-16 of the 2022 World Cup and will pose a tough test for Southgate’s side.
