Christian Pulisic has jokingly invited the list of celebrities attending Inter Miami games to support the USMNT.
The arrival of Lionel Messi has prompted a litany of star-studded names to be seen in the crowd at Inter Miami, who are co-owned by David Beckham. This was clearly apparent in Los Angeles as Inter Miami recorded a 3-1 win over reigning champions LAFC.
The official MLS social media accounts shared a clip of some of the famous faces that had travelled to the BMO Stadium, with Leonardo Di Caprio, Selena Gomez, Owen Wilson and Prince Harry among them. This video captured the attention of USMNT captain and AC Milan forward Pulisic, who responded with a quip.

Captioning the clip on his Instagram story, Pulisic wrote:”Let them know they're invited to US national team games too”, accompanied with a laughing emoji. A list of ‘notable attendees’ was shared on social media and also included former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, Spider-Man actor Tom Holland, plus Ted Lasso stars Jason Sudekis and Brendan Hunt as well as many others.
It remains to be seen how many famous faces will be in attendance for the USMNT’s upcoming friendlies during the international break. Gregg Berhalter’s side will host Uzbekistan in St. Louis, Missouri (September 9) and Oman in Saint Paul, Minnesota (September 13).
Meanwhile, Messi and former Barcelona teammates Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alb, have made an instant impact at Inter Miami, helping the club to lift the Leagues Cup last month. Messi contributed two assists in his side’s victory over LAFC and has scored 11 goals in as many games since moving to the USA.
