Mauricio Pochettino will have welcomed back the majority of his stars back to Cobham in the last few days ahead of their Premier League return against Bournemouth. The Blues have endured a mixed start to the seasons with a win over Luton, and positive draw against Liverpool overshadowed by defeats to West Ham and Nottingham Forest.

The international break has given Pochettino time on the training ground with the likes of Raheem Sterling, Robert Sanchez and other fringe members of the squad. However, major team selection changes look unlikely with Pochettino standing firm on his decision to play Ben Chilwell in an attacking role.

While some players competed for their national teams in Europe, both Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez were in South America and will have endured a tiring two weeks that has resulted in the midfield duo being doubts to face the Cherries. With that said, the latest set of training images have been released and football.london has pulled together all the big moments from London Cobham.

Caicedo fitness worry

Caicedo could miss the clash with Bournemouth after returning back to Chelsea later than other players following his two games with Ecuador. "Moises, we need to assess him because he was a little bit later than Enzo, but hopefully yes, he will be fit to play," Pochettino said in his Friday press conference.

Training images also showed no sign of Caicedo which hints, if he starts, he may head into the game with only one full training session under his belt. On a positive note, Fernandez was captured by the camera but it looked as though he was doing a solo recovery session.

Huge injury boost

Carney Chukwuemeka has been absent from the Chelsea squad since suffering an injury in the 3-1 defeat to West Ham United. The young midfield scored the equaliser in that game before being withdrawn with Pochettino likely hoping he can a return soon and that could happen in the next few weeks.

On Instagram, a story from Noni Madueke showed Chukwuemeka back in full training gear and outside after the player had hinted himself he was close to being fit. October was seen as when he would be able to appear in a matchday squad again following his knee injury, but his return could potentially be sooner.

Pochettino favourite

Chelsea boss Pochettino has welcomed a lot of new players into his squad this summer with Lesley Ugochukwu as one addition for the future who remained with the squad.

A loan spell, following his £23.1million move from Rennes, looked likely but the Blues ended up using all of their foreign loan slots with Romelu Lukaku signing for AS Roma on a temporary basis. Ugochukwu has therefore been included in every Premier League matchday squad with a cameo appearance against Luton coming before a start in the Carabao Cup win over AFC Wimbledon.

In further proof that Pochettino holds Ugochukwu in high regard, the duo were captured deep in conversation on the training pitches with the Argentine looking as though he was welcoming the Frenchman into the session before explaining a drill.
