Brentford are through to the Championship play-off final after beating Swansea City 3-2 on aggregate at Griffin Park.

The Bees were 3-1 winners on the night, with Ollie Watkins opening the scoring early on before Emiliano Marcondes and Bryan Mbeumo put Thomas Frank's men in control.

Liverpool loanee Rihan Brewster pulled one back when he capitalised on a Pontus Jansson error to lob over David Raya but the Swans could not complete the fightback to force extra time.

Brentford will face either their west London rivals Fulham or Cardiff City in the play-off final at Wembley Stadium next Tuesday. The Cottagers lead 2-0 from the first leg courtesy of goals from Josh Onomah and Neeskens Kebano ahead of the second leg at Craven Cottage tomorrow night.

Here are the confirmed play-off fixtures - all of which will be shown on Sky Sports.
