Welcome to football.london's live coverage of Brentford vs Arsenal in the third round of the Carabao Cup as both sides look to progress in the tournament.
Tom Canton brings all the build-up, match commentary and reaction from the Gtech Community Stadium. Arsenal kick-off at 19:45 BST.
Arsenal hand a debut to 19-year-old Charles Sagoe Jr. who has stood out for the youth sides. Reiss Nelson and Emile Smith Rowe join Eddie Nketiah with the youngster in attack.
William Saliba, Gabriel Martinelli, Leandro Trossard, Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka are all not deemed fit enough to play. William Saliba did not travel, David Raya did but Karl Hein given the nod as the back-up keeper.
Arsenal took the lead through Reiss Nelson. Eddie Nketiah latched onto a loose pass and squared to his Hale End teammate and the winger made no mistake from the centre of the box.
Aaron Ramsdale and Jakub Kiwior pulled off major stops to prevent an equaliser. First the keeper pushed Wissa's strike onto the post whilst Lewis-Potter's shot was stopped from going in by the sliding Poland international.

Player ratings
Not a classic, but Arsenal are through. Rode their luck a little second half but defence performed well. Kiwior and Tomiyasu both looked very good and it was a great night for Ramsdale too. Nelson meanwhile continues to impress up top.

Corner - Arsenal
Great play betwen Tomiyasu, Havertz, Jesus and Odegaard which leads to the latter's shot deflecting for a corner.
AMAZING BLOCK!
85 - That is one of the best goal-scoring stops you will ever see. Lewis-Potter is sure he's scored and Kiwior slides in and stops the ball before it would have surely crossed the line.
Arsenal substitution
Mohamed Elneny and Martin Odegaard are on.
Smith Rowe and Reiss Nelson are off.
Goal... but it's offside
No VAR here so this will not count as Brentford thought they scored.
Save - Nketiah
75 - Another good move by the Gunners. Havertz to Jesus who feeds his strike partner and he slides in but Flekken is big again.
Over - Janelt
72 - Zinchenko gives the ball away centrally and Janelt fires the ball way over the bar.
Wide - Nelson
71 - Very close. Havertz is free and clear and pulls the ball to Reiss Nelson but the winger drags his shot wide of the post.
Arsenal substitution
Ben White and Charles Sagoe Jr are off.
Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko are on.
BIG SAVE - Ramsdale
66 - Wow! Aaron Ramsdale has pulled off a wonderful save and tipped a strike onto the post.
Shot blocked - Hickey
Brentford are building some momentum here. Hickey has a shot blocked out for a throw-in.
Shot - Nketiah
62 - Another effort from Nketiah blocked.
Brentford then break but Gabriel tackles Wissa.
Free-kick - Brentford
56 - Looked a soft one as Kiwior shoulder to shoulder with Roerslev. Brentford have a crossing opportunity.
Over - Nketiah
52 - A chance goes awry as the striker drives toward the box. Cutting inside though his effort flies high and wide over Flekken's goal.
Saved by the flag
50 - Arsenal very nearly in trouble here as Norgaard thought he might be in with a strike but the follow up is flagged offside.
Raya under the pressure of the fans
David Raya's name is in the voices of the home crowd as Aaron Ramsdale now faces the main stand of Bees supporters.
Reiss Nelson the difference
The winger took his goal very well, but the defending from Brentford was woeful.
