Arsenal are expected to be facing a lengthy wait before any decision is made on Manchester City's 115 FFP charges. Last Friday, Everton were docked 10 points for one Premier League rule breach, which resulted in numerous complaints emerging that Man City were yet to face any punishment, and despite those claims, football finance expert Nick Harris has suggested that wait will continue for some time.
Because of the sheer amount of charges directed at Man City, the investigation is far more complicated than Everton's which was still resolved in eight months. With that being said, it will likely be a number of years before any firm decision is made especially with Man City claiming they have irrefutable evidence of their innocence.
Back on the pitch, with the Premier League set to return this weekend, Mikel Arteta has been sent a glowing Kai Havertz verdict after being deployed in a shocking new role. Elsewhere, former Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has provided his title prediction for this season which includes a significant Bukayo Saka claim.

In March 2023 it was confirmed that Everton's case would be referred to an independent commission with a punishment then arriving just over eight months later.

Havertz message
Arsenal's Kai Havertz has sent a huge positional message to Mikel Arteta with the backing of Germany boss Julian Nagelsmann.
Having been forced to settle for cameo roles while playing for his country, the 24-year-old was named in the starting XI for a friendly against Turkiye. A number of attackers were also included with only three outright defenders which brought about confusion as to where Havertz would be deployed.
Prior to the game kicking off, Nagelsmann revealed Havertz would be playing at left-back and his display in an unfortunate 3-2 defeat saw the Germany head coach name him as the best performer on the night.

Bellerin gives title verdict
Hector Bellerin believes his former club have enough to win the Premier League title over Manchester City this season.
The Gunners were firmly in the title race last season, and sat top for a number of months, but Man City were able to continue winning when Mikel Arteta's side hit a slight dip in form.
However, some excellent recruitment has been completed in the summer and now Arsenal are looking to avenge last season's heartbreak, with Bellerin believing they will now they have experience in these situations.
